Whether you are looking to develop practical consulting skills or take on a leadership role within a student-led organisation, we offer a collaborative environment where students apply their skills to real projects at the heart of the international city of peace and justice. Apply either as a student consultant, a consulting team lead or both!

Consultants
As a Consultant, you will work in a small, multidisciplinary team on a real project for an external client. Projects typically run for 10-12 weeks.
As a consultant, you will:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
Analyse problems and develop structured solutions
Collaborate with your team to deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Present findings to both peers and clients
Gain exposure to consulting methodologies and professional standards
Prior consulting experience is not required; motivation and commitment are what we value most.
We are looking for consultants who are:
Motivated and proactive
Strong communicators and team players
Curious about global, social, economic, or policy issues
Able to commit time consistently throughout the project
Consulting Team Lead
Team Leads take on additional responsibility by guiding a project team and acting as the main point of contact between the team, the client, and the executive board.
As a Team Lead, you will:
Coordinate team meetings and workflows
Support and guide consultants throughout the project
Maintain direct communication with the client
Ensure project goals and deadlines are met
Help shape the strategic direction of the project
We are looking for Team Leads who:
Have strong organisational and leadership skills
Are comfortable taking responsibility
Can manage communication with both clients and team members
Have prior experience in group projects, leadership roles, or consultancy
