I lead strategic planning, foster external partnerships, and support all departments in achieving excellence across consulting, operations, and communication.
Madita Hinz
As Vice President of Student Consultancy The Hague, I support the organization’s growth, vision, and day-to-day leadership. Working closely with the President, I help turn strategic goals into action, coordinate initiatives across departments, and ensure our projects and operations run smoothly. I also contribute to strengthening partnerships and fostering collaboration, helping the organization deliver meaningful impact while staying true to its mission.
Edmunds Adamsons
As Consulting Director, I oversee the quality and effectiveness of half of the client projects at Student Consultancy The Hague. I guide our consultants through each phase of the consulting process, from research and strategy development to final delivery, ensuring we deliver actionable insights and tangible results. My focus is on maintaining high standards, professional development, and client satisfaction.
Andrei Martoiu
As Head of Communication at Student Consultancy The Hague, I oversee the development and management of our website, social media platforms, and overall brand identity. I play a key role in shaping the organization’s long-term aesthetic vision, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels. Additionally, I am responsible for attracting new consultants through engaging communication strategies and outreach initiatives.
Milena Kahl
As Consulting Director, I oversee the quality and effectiveness of half of the client projects at Student Consultancy The Hague. I guide our consultants through each phase of the consulting process, from research and strategy development to final delivery, ensuring we deliver actionable insights and tangible results. My focus is on maintaining high standards, professional development, and client satisfaction.
As Head of Events at the Student Consultancy the Hague, I'm in charge of organizing and planning events internally as well as externally. I keep an overview of the training of the consultants through workshops as well as make sure to involve the local community through informational and social events. My main goal is to make the organisation more present in the community through events and further our consultants' capacities. In my work, I'm always looking for collaborations, speakers and partners to create meaningful events.
Kateryna Rudakova
As Head of Operations & Finance of Student Consultancy The Hague, I manage the organization’s financial health and ensure responsible budgeting, planning, and reporting. I oversee all financial transactions , maintain accurate records, and develop forecasts to support long-term sustainability. My role is central to enabling the organization’s strategic goals through transparent and efficient financial management.
